ChantalToporow Child GardenC.M. Chantal Toporow, Ph.D., Education Chair, & International Liaison for the Society for Scientific Exploration, has extensive experience in scientific research, development, application & management of technology.  Degreed from UCLA’s Engineering Department, she has taught engineering at UCLA, CSULB, CSUN, and environmental courses at LMU, SMC and Otis Parsons School of Art and Design. She is on the Boards of various nonprofits dedicated to the advancement of science, the development of cultural aesthetics, and the preservation of Nature. Her basic tagline is "Nurturing Nature through wholistic Education, Rigorous Science, Creative Arts & Cultural Depths..."

Dr. Toporow is committed to promote scientific inquiry for rigorous exploration of anomalous phenomena, investigations of subtle energies in the experience of consciousness/human potential and to integrate this new knowledge into a more encompassing and whole model of science. In particular, she is extremely interested in the workings of the human body/mind/spirit, and specifically in bioenergetics, qi cultivation, spiritual practices, psychic art, etc., as a sort of a "road map" to our inner workings and particular as they relate to experiencing "anomalous" events and how to better understand how we can reach our optimum potentials. A current research project right now, working with Dr. Gabriel Felley  ( involves using synchronicity and the I Ching. Synchronicity, as a principle, stipulates that two events may be linked together not only by a causal chain but also because they create meaning. The I Ching is a cosmological and philosophical system more than three thousand years ago used to improve the decision-making processes by integrating non-rational dimensions, which may be assimilated to a kind of precognition into evaluating various options.  She is a rigorous student of various anomalous modalities, including dowsing, remote viewing, introspective counseling, and telekinesis.
